Stay fit when you get older? That is the health goal of many Dutch people. Especially for them , V.Z.V. Njord owns a Master group. Personal goals are trained every Monday evening.
This group is especially for swimmers who are over 25 years old and would like to improve their fitness, achieve personal goals and participate in competitions. We train in water, but also on the shore, so that swimming technique and fitness improve.
